No way! Security is important to us. We do not store any of your credit card details locally. All credit card details are stored off site by our payment processor.

Yes, music is included. But we do not offer music alternatives. Because the intro is made according to the music, the video may not look good when the music changes. However, if there is a music you want, please send it and we will add it to the video.

Standard delivery takes place within 12-24 hours. With the express delivery option we can deliver within 3 hours. You can choose express delivery when ordering.

We do not currently provide customization or template creation services.

We’re happy to provide message / e-mail support for the default options in our templates.

Paypal and major credit/debit cards

Your credit card company may have declined your transaction. Please call the number on the back of your card to find out why it was declined. As a security precaution our system will lock out your IP address for several hours after 3 denied attempts.

In this case, please try using the PayPal option at checkout to process your card (you do not need a PayPal account to use this option). Once on the PayPal payment page select “Don’t have a PayPal account?” and then process your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover).

Once you have purchased and downloaded a product from our site, FastVideo cannot offer a refund unless an error has occurred. That said, please let us know if you need assistance with any product. We’re more than happy to help.
